Delivery & Return
Once the order is placed,
the delivery will be within 4 hours to 24 hours. The delivery will be
done by using delivery company service. If there will be a delay in the
delivery we will inform you by email / text message / phone call as soon
as possible. Delivery and wrapping costs will be optional charges to be
chosen by you and it will be shown in the invoice. Track your order in
your (log in) registered account in our website or text message or phone
call. International delivery service will be able in future.
If
you cancel an order, you have already paid for it by contacting us by
email / text message / phone call. you will get two hours as a time
limit for cancellation starting from placing your completed order to
have a full refund. If any mistake have been done by our side (wrong
color or size / wrong item) you can return it and get your correct item
if it's available or a full refund if it's not available in our store.
Payment
Payment
can be done by Cash on Delivery, K-Net, Visa, or MasterCard. Upon
receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your
payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the
transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being
received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be
treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to
purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a
confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as
consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the
confirmation email.
